Follow Up Activity
We, the Spanish Team (Celeste, Rebeca, Sergio and Ángel), prepared a dissemination activity on May 15. For this we made a PowerPoint that summarized what the Training Course consisted of: the different activities we did, everything we learned, the connections we made with the participants and facilitators, how much fun we had discovering different places in Cyprus, etc. And previously we also explained to the attendees (young people from the province of Malaga) what Erasmus+ is in general and the different types of mobilities that exist. So, we believe that the follow up activity was a success, because we made known the European projects and the associations that collaborated in the exchange. The young people in the audience seemed very interested in discovering this opportunity that they did not know about, and very likely they will apply for some erasmus+ projects, seeing our wonderful experience in this one. We think it is very important that the participants them/ourselves give it a voice, because this makes it easier for mobilities to spread; and it is also more reliable, knowing other people who have already done it, recommend it and can answer all kinds of questions.
Evaluation Paragraphs from Participants
Rebeca: All the content of this project was really important, useful and enriching both personally and professionally. But if I had to choose, for me (Rebeca) these two workshops stand out, because of how introspective they were and how much they helped me:
Time Line. It was very emotional because we had to dig up our past to reconcile with it and also with the different stages of ourselves.
Journaling. Setting boundaries is a very necessary topic, so I am very grateful to have been able to learn and delve deeper into it. It is one the bases of self-esteem and, therefore, a very useful tool; especially with teenagers, who are a group very vulnerable to having self-confidence problems.

Ángel: I'd like to specially highlight the multimedia activities, such as videomaking and the podcast, which gave us the chance to actively interact with each other.
For the video the spanish team had the idea of sharing our vulnerabilities through recording the part of our body we felt important, and accepting it, making everybody participate.
The video will be shared in YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, to show that we all matter and we're all beautiful the way we are, even if sometimes we cannot see it.
About the podcast, I personally think that for many people was a very beautiful chance to express and talk about their situations, fears and problems with their bodies, and how they struggled and managed, which also gives an amazing feedback for the rest of youngsters who can listen to it, feeling identified, and also encouraged to participate in these kind of projects organized by Acpelia that helped us so much with the relationship with ourselves.
Sergio: Everything in relation to the project was incredible, I had very good feelings and we learned many new things, the group, the organization and the facilitators were wonderful from the beginning, I think that the importance of accepting our body today is very very important and I believe that everything was developed and explained perfectly, if I had to choose two of the workshops that were held it was these two:
The workshop where we had to look for information about the problem on social networks in young people about how they perceive their body was really interesting, since it is a real problem and we were debating for a while and giving our opinion and listening to each other, it was really gratifying And you also realize that influencers and social networks can do damage to young people or adults since what is shown is not reality.
There was an activity where they put a paper on our back with a type of problem, and you had to approach someone, look at their paper and act according to what it said, and the other person guess what it said. For example, I was a blind person. and people came to help me and take care of me, it was very fun and at the same time you learn how you can improve and help other people.
Celeste: Two of the activities we did were very fun, I loved everything in general, it was one of my best projects and I also learned a lot, my favorites workshops:
-The first was about forming pairs and one of the two had to close their eyes and appear to be blind, the other person had to guide you, it was an exercise of trust and putting yourself in the other's place, they had to guide you as best as possible. possible and try to make you touch things and feel what it is like to be without vision.
- The second activity that I liked the most was very personal, it was based on making a sketch of yourself, and with paints expressing how you feel about your body, using different colors, figures or whatever you want to express about it, at first I took it in a fun way but in the end it was deeper than I imagined and we ended up painting how we felt in relation to each part of our body both inside and out.
