Follow Up

Our NGO will present the project outcomes during our quarterly meetings, updating our members and other youth workers on our program. In addition, students from the school will organize a follow-up activity in two schools to showcase the effectiveness of Non-Formal Education in a public speech, with the goal of encouraging teachers to be open to new ideas.

Other partners will hold meetings with young people in their offices to evaluate the Youth Exchange, discuss the implementation of learned methods, and explore possibilities for maintaining awareness about their feelings in their day-to-day lives. These reflections will be summarized in videos produced with the young people, which will also include information about other opportunities in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps.

Dissemination will occur at various levels in all countries involved, with project results shared with associated organizations through events such as seminars, training sessions, conferences, and social media. Our organization has developed a dissemination strategy based on the expected project outcomes, target users, available resources, and appropriate channels and timelines. The project results will be shared through a dedicated webpage created by participants that will include an online forum for ongoing discussions and feedback. The webpage will remain active for several years to promote the companies created during the project and provide visibility to interested parties.

We are going to implement different dissemination strategies, such as:

1. Use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc., to promote the project, share updates, and highlight key activities and outcomes. We will use hashtags related to sustainable fashion and youth exchange to increase visibility and engage with a wider audience.

2. We (partners) will send press releases to local media, including newspapers, radio stations, and TV stations depending on the partner. This can help generate media coverage and raise awareness about the project in the wider community.

3. We will organize follow up events related to the project, such as fashion shows or workshops on sustainable fashion, and invite members of the public to attend. This follow up workshop is explained well in the follow up question. This can help showcase the project and its outcomes and generate interest and support from the local community.

4. We wiil share project updates and outcomes on online platforms such as web blog of the project, or personal blogs of organisations and participants. This can help reach a wider audience and engage with individuals and organizations interested in sustainable fashion or youth development.

5. Collaborate with other organizations working in the field of sustainable fashion or youth development to raise awareness and reach a wider audience. This 2wazscan help leverage each other's networks and resources to promote the project and its outcomes.

Participants also conducted online campaigns and dissemination of the project through social media during the period of the project. All posts and photos of the post can be found here:  https://body-accept.webnode.page/online-dissemination/
